Order of business records including meeting minutes, Officer and Member lists, application requests, visit notices, and unmarked administrative forms. Limited cemetery records include one Permit for Burial register from the early 1900s and typed or handwritten lists of interred Masonic Lodge Members. There are Grand Lodge of Colorado Reports and some informational materials relevant to the Order of the Eastern Star and DeMolay.

|System of arrangement||Items are arranged by type according to subject and then arranged in chronological order. The McAdoo Papers are so called because these papers were bundled together and tied with a string. Original order was maintained. The source/creator of this grouping is assumed to be William McAdoo, as the envelopes in this bundle are all addressed to McAdoo.|
